Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Counsel at Voltron Global. The General Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, handling legal issues, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, managing data privacy matters, and overseeing corporate governance. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Los Angeles, CA.

 Qualifications

Skills in Legal Issues, Labor and Employment Law, and Corporate Governance

Experience in providing legal advice and handling legal issues

Knowledge of Data Privacy regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the media production industry is a plus

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership
