We are now looking for IT-Support Consultant to join our great team in Munich and who can help us to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission.
What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Analyse, support and monitor the success of IT solutions and systems.
• Manage and lift the quality in critical digital infrastructure.
• Collaborate with and be a strong contributor to colleagues in- and outside the IT team.
• Train, support and solve cases within various IT technical areas.
• Establish and maintain technical processes and documentation.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree or similar within IT preferred.
• Some years of experience with managing IT infrastructure and services.
• Experience in managing and supporting Enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
• Interested in managing and maintaining on-premise infrastructure along with cloud solutions.
• One or more certifications in security is advantageous.
• Cooperative working attitude in a multinational work environment.
• Ability to manage own workload and to both plan and execute on a strategy.

The position reports to Head of IT Operations and cooperates closely with team members across Europe. We are looking to hire for Volue office in Munich.
