THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR IOP FACILITATOR - COUNSELOR

THE SCHEDULE:

We are seeking an IOP Facilitator - Counselor who can work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.

YOUR ROLE:

As an IOP Facilitator - Counselor, your day is dedicated to providing clinical services to adults, children, youth, and their families. You conduct individual and group therapy sessions, address a range of mental health concerns, and lead intensive outpatient program groups to help clients develop effective coping strategies and build resilience. In addition, you facilitate family counseling sessions to enhance communication and resolve conflicts. By combining your clinical expertise with compassionate support, you strive to make a meaningful difference in your client's mental health and overall well-being.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences (social work, counseling, or psychology)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in the community setting with adults who have alcohol and drug treatment issues or multiple mental health disorders
• Counseling experience with adults and an understanding of psychotropic medications or related experience
