NEW CAR SALES DIRECTOR - VOLVO CARS OF NAPLES
Volvo Cars of Naples is seeking a dynamic and experienced NEW CAR SALES DIRECTOR to oversee our new car sales department. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in automotive sales and management. The New Car Sales Director will be responsible for driving the sales of new Volvo vehicles, achieving revenue and profit targets, and managing high level customer satisfaction along with a team of sales professionals in our dealership located in Naples, Florida.
  • The New Car Sales Director will be responsible for leadership of the Sales Department through consistent training, setting of realistic objectives, and the planning, controlling and measuring of the performance of the team they oversee.
  • A tech savvy and motivated individual who will be highly proficient in several aspects of business and day to day operations.
  • The successful candidate will have 2 years prior New sales management experience and finance manager experience.
  • Previous auto sales / finance management experience are a must.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, commission only sales position with a competitive compensation structure. The average annual income for this role is $120,000 to $175,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition to competitive compensation, the Sales Director will also have the opportunity for professional development and advancement within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue for new Volvo vehicles
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting goals and tracking individual and team performance
- Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive buying experience for customers
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to develop insights and improve overall sales performance
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a streamlined and efficient sales process
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
