Position Responsibilities:

• Drive lean methodology
• Data Analysis and Quality Improvement

• Help facilitate continuous improvement and identify opportunities on your own to implement
• Participate in project planning, implementation and improvements
• Works with the production teams to reduce non-value add activities
• Designing fixtures to support production
• Assist in follow-up, reports and flow charts.
• Participate in functional meetings.

Co-Op Requirements:

• Applicant must be currently enrolled and pursuing an Engineering Degree. Preferred specializations are Manufacturing at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies prior to the start of the co-op.
• Applicants must have completed 30 semester hours prior to the start of the internship and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.
• Co-Ops may work up to 40 hours per week during the fall.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid US Work authorization

The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
