Account Executive – Pratt Visual Solutions
Pratt Visual Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a driven and high-energy Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will leverage your established relationships in the retail sector while actively prospecting new clients with a hunter mentality. You’ll combine direct sales, marketing, and account management to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and manage a personal business plan to meet or exceed revenue and profit goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, establish, and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Prospecting: Actively identify and generate new leads, leveraging industry knowledge and insights.
- Solution Selling: Identify client needs and create tailored marketing and printing solutions.
- Project Management: Work alongside Client Service Project Managers to oversee key aspects of account coordination, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Account Growth: Maintain and grow your established relationships while adhering to any existing non-compete agreements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience: 3 years in outside sales, preferably in print, large format, or visual merchandising industries.
- Established Relationships: Demonstrated ability to leverage existing relationships in the retail sector; an existing book of business is preferred.
- Hunter Mentality: A relentless drive to develop new business and exceed sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Problem-Solver: Confidence in presenting creative and effective solutions to client challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.
- Knowledge of the design, production, and distribution of retail décor, signage, and structural design.
- Experience in working under a commission-based compensation structure.
