Your Role:

• Offer support for a wide range of issues related to Mac, PC, smartphones, networks, servers, and virtual environments, both remotely and onsite.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex challenges and provide expert guidance.
• Setup and configure new devices, perform software installations, and manage upgrades.
• Lead and contribute to projects involving server deployments, network setups, and VoIP migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with email and web hosting services.
• Work with various environments including Windows Server, Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Google Workspace.
• Manage and support cloud applications such as Mimecast, M365, DUO, OneLogin, Dropbox, SharePoint, and various VOIP solutions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle diverse situations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• A strong desire for personal and professional growth.

• Proficiency with both Mac and PC systems.
• Experience in creating and utilizing documentation.
