Job description

Our company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Move Coordinator to join our rapidly growing commercial division. As the coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent experiences for our clients and accounts. You will work closely with sales representatives, operations, and other vendors to ensure that all moves are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service and the motivation to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities

● Input customer data and documents into the CRM system and keep detailed records up to date

● Check documents submitted by the sales team to ensure no information is missing or inaccurate

● Register booked orders into our CRM system

● Coordinate commercial moves from start to finish

● Collect prepayments or COD amounts from clients and accounts

● Troubleshoot and de-escalate issues immediately

● Alert and update the appropriate parties with any changes or modifications

● Produce billing sheets and work closely with accounting to generate invoices and collect payments

● Efficiently communicate with internal teams (sales, operations, commercial, accounting)

● Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external parties

● Represent the company in a professional manner

● All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, & Outlook)

● Willingness to undergo cross-training to support in various functions

● Ability to commute to our Savage, MD headquarters at lease once a week

● Must be able to pass a background test and drug screen

Education/Experience

● High School Diploma or GED required

● 1 year of moving industry or related experience required

● 2 years of customer service experience required

New hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period.

Commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
