Looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates for our on-site campaigns. Experience isn't necessary; we're seeking eager learners ready to dive into an Entry Level Position. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the face of our clients at events, fielding customer questions like a pro
- Delight customers by addressing their every need and concern with finesse
- Dive into daily meetings and workshops to stay in the loop
- Stay ahead of the game by staying updated on our latest services and programs
- And of course, tackle any other tasks our awesome management team throws your way!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Authorization to work in the U.S
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Full-time availability for on-site work
- Quick learner with effective communication skills
- Bonus points for any sales, fundraising, hospitality, or PR experience, but hey, it's not a deal-breaker!
