Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Great Falls, MT. We have opportunities for both Licensed and Non-licensed technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance operations such as removal and replacement of aircraft and Powerplant components, including bolting, torquing, adjusting, rigging, and safety wiring.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, clean, service, inspect, modify, replace, and/or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems using approved/acceptable data to ensure airworthiness.
  • Learn through on-the-job training (OJT) and demonstrate progress in competencies.
  • Read and understand aircraft maintenance instructions.
  • Perform tasks that require bending, stooping, kneeling, standing for prolonged periods, climbing ladders, and/or using service stands.
  • Work in environments with noise levels exceeding 85dbs.
  • Lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Participate in the DOT random drug and alcohol testing program.
  • Handle hazardous chemicals safely using all required safety equipment.
  • Work flexible hours and different shifts if required.

Qualifications:

For Non-licensed Positions:

  • Prior Aviation Maintenance experience needed.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills effectively.

For A&P Licensed Technicians:

  • A or P license required.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
