We are currently looking to fill a MIG welding position.

Job Duties

• Weld aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, carbon steel parts per engineering specifications (includes welding of all pressure tested components)
• Housekeeping
• Other tasks as assigned

EDUCATION.

High school diploma or equivalent, or vocational technical school.

TIG welding skills not required but a plus.

Hours: M-TH 6 am to 5:00 pm with possible overtime on Friday (Location Vortex Fab 1725 Vortex Ave Salina,KS)

I understand that, in connection with the routine processing of your employment application, Vortex may request from a consumer reporting agency an investigative consumer report including information as to my credit records, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living. Upon written request from me, Vortex, will provide me with additional information concerning the nature and scope of any such report requested by it, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

I further understand that my employment with Vortex will have a sixty (60) days benefit waiting period, and further that at any time during the waiting period or thereafter, my employment relation with Vortex is terminable at will for any reason by either party.
