Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional accounting skills, a proven track record of success in financial management, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's growth-oriented initiatives.

This role will be reporting directly to the Global Corporate Controller.

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met and financial statements are accurately prepared.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the highest level of customer service to other divisions, providing financial insights and analysis.
• Assist in cashflow management activities, including forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing cash resources.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights to senior management to support decision-making.
• Must be able to work onsite, this is not a remote role.
• Must be able to work with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Needed:

• CPA certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in public accounting, preferred.
• 3 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller is required.
• Strong excel and general data skills required.
• Ability to confidently lead and present in group settings.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
