Job Description:

The Detailer is part of a dynamic team that handles the vehicles for the company. The Fleet team inspects, documents and delivers the vehicle to new customers, and retrieves, inspects and parks the vehicle for a return. Fleet Associates drive vehicles between lots, to and from vendors and also clean the vehicles before a rental. There are various roles within the team, which are assigned by the managers. The Fleet team works closely with the TLC team and the Customer Service Representatives to ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers.

The role reports to the Branch Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

● Drive, park, retrieve vehicles from lots or vendors

● Inspect and deliver vehicles to pick up customers in a friendly and professional manner

● Inspect and accept vehicles returning customers in a friendly and professional manner

● Document vehicle issues and status as instructed

● Clean returned vehicles

● Communicate professionally with other team members and other departments

● Perform other duties as assigned

● Must be able to work onsite, this is not a remote role

● Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Qualifications Needed:

● Must have a valid drivers license.

● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

● Proficient use of Google Suite, Excel and MS Word Skills

● Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.

● The ability to adapt and learn quickly

● Superb written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● Bi-lingual a PLUS (Spanish, Arabic, Russian and any other languages welcome)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
