We are looking for a Chef to join our team.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and have a strong background in food service, culinary arts, and kitchen management.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of food production, including menu planning, preparation, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor food costs and work towards budgetary goals
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new dishes and menus
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in food service, catering, or a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Familiarity with dietary department requirements is a plus
