The Voyager Inn is a family owned company which has been in business for over 30 years. We take pride in our excellent service as a well established restaurant and hotel. We are in search of an Experienced Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk.

As an Experienced Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk, you will be a vital part of our hotel team, specializing in providing exceptional guest services during the night shift. Utilizing your core skills in customer service, front desk operations, and hospitality, you will ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and address guest inquiries effectively.

• Responsibilities:
• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns- Assist with guest requests, such as room service, transportation, or reservations- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of hotel management and hospitality practices
• Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, computer skills, especially EXCEL
