Business Attorney

VOYlegal is assisting a Boston law firm on their search for a Counsel-level business attorney. The successful candidate will have 8 years of experience with general business and corporate matters, including entity formation, commercial agreements, and corporate governance. Experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or financing is preferred. Additional experience with real estate matters is a plus.

Law firm experience is preferred. Current in-house attorneys are encouraged to apply.
