We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide support for the upkeep of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry. This position also requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of building systems and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Inspect and maintain building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $21.27 - $22.66 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
