Our Goal To support hospital operations through staffing support services who provide the utmost professionalism and respect that results in world-class patient care and service for our nurse clients and hospital partners.
- Aid in and provide input on recruiting efforts.
- Attract and retain impressive team members providing exceptional service. Facilitate interviews and make hiring decisions.
- Facilitate streamlined onboarding and occupational health clearance.
- Constantly work to improve relations with our People/HR team and Occupational Health contacts in order to expedite hiring and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with team members and client on scheduling, including creative and innovative scheduling solutions.
- Develop and encourage educational and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Coach team members with kindness and respect.
- Serve as point of contact for any customer complaint/team member recognition and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure periodic evaluations/reviews are proactively done on all team members.
- Manage the balance of hospital client needs, team member needs, and company goals.
- Proactively work to anticipate and deliver clients’ expectations.
- Meet with clients regularly to demonstrate VPNE's impressive partnership.
- Review and manage payroll daily, compile weekly payroll summaries for client, work with Healthcare Directors to generate client invoices, and coordinate with Finance to ensure client packages meet clients’ deadlines.
- Consistently maintain high service levels that exceed client needs.
- Leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred.
- Passion for the field of healthcare and helping develop innovative solutions within the industry.
