Vreeland Real Estate is Hiring a Remote Real Estate Agent
Are you an experienced and licensed real estate professional? Do you LOVE what you do and want to meet more clients? Vreeland Real Estate is looking for new and experienced licensed real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.
Agents who join Vreeland Real Estate consistently close 2-3 real estate transactions monthly with leads we provide. We are partnered with the largest real estate marketplaces in the world, and our agents will receive quality leads and appointments when they join our team.
We provide the training and support to help you quickly take these prospects from the first meeting to ratified contracts. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. Vreeland Real Estate offers continued education 5 days per week to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.
2024 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless of whether you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents can consistently open 2-3 escrows a month with the leads we are able to provide.
What we can offer you:
- 10-20 Showing opportunities per month
- Leads from live buyers that come directly to your cell phone
- Generous commission splits - 90/10 for self generated and 50/50 for company provided
- One week-long, intensive onboarding training to ensure you hit the ground running.
- Continued education 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
- List and sell residential real estate.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Maintain your Real Estate License
We are ONLY seeking full-time committed sales professionals looking ot take their real estate business to the next level. We will give you all the tools to succeed, but WE ARE NOT FOR EVERYBODY. If you don't think you have what it takes to be a top producer, please DO NOT APPLY.
