VS Media Inc is Hiring a Community Manager Near Westlake Village, CA

Community Manager

The Community Manager’s (CM) role is to manage 1 or more Brand Communities on social media for Web Group. The CM will collaborate with Brand Stakeholders to create objectives, marketing campaigns, and content sourcing.

In addition, the CM will work closely with the Social Content Creators (SCC) to source and modify content for social media activity. The CM and SCC will follow guidelines, social strategy, and goals clearly declared and agreed upon with the Brand Stakeholders in the Brand Charters.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Charter – The CM will be responsible for developing a Brand Charter and presenting it to the Brand Stakeholder for modification and approval.
  • Weekly Brand Meeting – The CM will meet with Brand Stakeholders once per week to discuss and decide on brand objectives for the Communities of which they are responsible. In these meetings they can discuss new campaign ideas or discover new brand initiatives.
  • Content Calendar – After the Weekly Brand Meeting, content calendars for social properties will be created. This will need to be reviewed and approved by both the SMM and Brand Stakeholders.
  • Source Content – Collaborate with brand stakeholders to find internal resources and with the SCC to find more content. CM will work with SCC to prepare content for social activity.
  • Social Tribe Cultivation – Regardless of the brand objectives set, cultivating the tribe of followers will be an ongoing responsibility. This includes ancillary comments on posts, on and off-post engagement, responding to private messages (escalating business opportunities), and interacting with key accounts valuable to the Social Tribe.
  • Reporting – Once per month, the CM will draft a 1-page summary of their month’s performance, citing key metrics, commentary, and a forecast for the upcoming month; this will be submitted to the SMM. Quarterly, the CM will support the SMM in creating a presentation of the team’s quarterly performance to Executives.

Requirements

  • Experience building audiences either online or offline.
  • Effective communicator
  • Organizational Skills (proficiency AirTable desired but not required as this is used for scheduling)
  • Desired but not required: Well-versed in the business of the Adult Industry and familiarity with particular adult brands and models
