VSL Corporate Positions is Hiring a Regional Director of Operations Near Columbus, OH
- Directly supervise and support Executive Directors at each community, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all operational and financial aspects, delivering positive financial leverage annually.
- Ensure each community operates within state regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct quarterly compliance reviews and analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to track and enhance community performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional goals and objectives, driving progress and innovation.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage labor to stay within operating budget as tied to census and acuity.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience in regional operations management within the senior living industry
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to travel extensively
