Job Description:

VTD Systems in Elyria is looking for 1-2 individuals on 2nd shift in our milling department to produce machined parts by setting up, editing, and operating standard HAAS Vertical Mills, 5th axis, Brother S650X2, and a Mori Horizontal Mill . Maintaining quality and safety standards and keeping records. A lot of what this job entails is setting up repeat orders with proven programs and setup sheets as well as proving out the process for new jobs.

Skills/Qualifications:

Set-up experience, Read G & M Code/ Program Editing, Verbal Communication, Functional and Technical Skills, Blueprint Reading, Inspection of 1st Piece using Micrometers, Optical Comparator & CMM - must have inspection own tools, reliable transportation, Attention to Detail and work with minimal supervision. Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
