Join our Leadership Development Program as a PMO/ Business Transformation Officer

to gain hands-on experience leading strategic initiatives and driving transformation across different business functions.

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a rotational full-time hire program designed to fill our pipeline of future leaders.

You will experience the challenges of working on complex business issues that require strategic thinking, creativity, and strong business acumen.

The PMO/ Business Transformation role will expose you to unique and challenging assignments in key business functions—including but not limited operations, supply chain, customer success and global services while developing your leadership capabilities.

By focusing on process improvement, operational excellence, and systems/tools evolution, this position will contribute significantly to enhancing team and individual effectiveness, and output across a rapidly growing and scaling organization.

This position falls under the executive direction of our Chief operations officer and supports various teams to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness while gaining practical hands-on experience.

The Business transformation Leadership Program is designed to empower participants by integrating them into the core of our business transformation project and operational excellence.

• Participants will contribute to improving and transforming critical operational processes that influence the end-to-end experiences of clients, customers, and providers. Major components of this will include structuring, prioritization, and execution of analysis to support business critical projects and decision-making across all divisions.
• Change Management: Facilitate change by managing transitions effectively and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with new directions and strategies.
• You will also develop and manage comprehensive reporting and dashboards, providing essential visibility into these operational processes, facilitating informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.  

• Experience:
  • Diverse experience with 3-7 years of continuous work experience in any industry (such as: consulting, entrepreneurship, technology, engineering).
  • Experience through internships and/or co-ops is considered appropriate.
  • Leadership capabilities demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment, and/or internship experiences are required.
  • Business and financial acumen
• Skills:
  • Strong analytic capabilities, enabling you to leverage data to generate insights and drive evidence-based decision making.
  • Strong leadership potential and a passion for technology.
• Abilities:
  • Tech savvy, with entrepreneur mindset
  • Ability to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done.
  • Ability to influence change across a matrixed organization and to break-down complex situations into simple(r) problems.
  • You are geographically mobile for your rotations
• Education:
  • Master’s Degree and/or MBA from an accredited university
