Vysystems INC is Hiring a Desktop Support Administrator Near Deerfield, IL
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate must know and have experience with using Microsoft Outlook for both email and calendar
Candidate must know and have experience with using Microsoft Excel
Candidate must know and have experience with using Microsoft Teams
Candidate must have experience/knowledge with packing equipment for shipment
Candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Candidate must be able to work in a standing or crouched position for extended periods of time (this is not a “sit at a desk” job)
Candidate must understand and know the different types of standard computer equipment
Laptop
Desktop PC
AC Power Adapter (aka “Charger”) for a Laptop
Keyboard / Wireless Keyboard
Mouse / Wireless Mouse
LCD Monitor
HDMI video cable
USB connected Headset
PC/Monitor Power Cords
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
