W&A Engineering, Inc. is Hiring a Senior SUE Project Manager Near Athens, GA
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Prepare proposals, project schedules, and weekly summary sheets.
- Active engagement in the planning, scheduling, and coordinating of field crews and office work.
- Managing project deliverables and project related correspondence to meet deadlines.
- Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects.
- Maintaining quality assurance and safety on all projects.
- Serving as a representative of GroundHawk at project meetings.
- Build relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Utilize CAD or appropriate software applications to produce field packets and client deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly invoicing.
- Eight to Ten (8-10) years of Utility, Utility Engineering or SUE experience required.
- Must have solid time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Must be organized and thorough in project related tasks.
- Must have experience in the development of client relationships.
- Ability to effectively network to obtain strategic growth for new business and key clients.
- Ability to work in the field and office to learn SUE & Land Surveying services, as needed.
- Ability to travel as necessary in support of projects within Colorado and the company.
- Ability to learn new software to support both field and office operations.
- Ability to supervise and mentor staff as needed.
- Must have good communication & problem-solving skills.
- OSHA Safety Certification & First-Aid training is a plus.
- Prior utility or geophysical related experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in an office environment that offers flexibility.
