As the Inventory & Quality Control Supervisor at Burpee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring inventory accuracy and overseeing quality control activities within our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
What you get to do in this role:

• Ensure inventory accuracy, analyze data to resolve discrepancies, and oversee quality control processes, including managing pallet BOMs and builds.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the inventory team
• Develop, implement, and update inventory control procedures and policies to minimize losses and reduce costs
• Record and document inventory data with accuracy
• Review inventory records and transactions for accuracy
• Track inventory levels and report on any changes or trends
• Review and provide feedback on Pallet BOMs to leadership
• Oversee pallet build work orders to ensure accuracy
• Review and provide final sign-off of all finished products departing the facility

Minimum Qualifications
Must be knowledgeable & experienced in inventory management principles and practices (3-5 years)

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel & Outlook
• Preferred experience in D365
• Preferred exposure or basic understanding of lean or Six Sigma principles
