Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Support learning program administration (scheduling sessions, managing learner rosters, preparing support materials)
• Assist in management of and updates to learning Intranet site (Berkley Learning University)
• Support talent management initiatives (provide administrative support for design team, including preparation and proofing of content around career conversations, succession planning, internship programs)

Desired Skills:

• Needs to be detail-oriented with ability to pick up new technology/processes relatively quickly
• Should have solid written and verbal communications ability
• Eye for visual design is a plus
• Will probably need to be able to use Outlook, Word. Excel and Powerpoint a plus.
