Position Overview
The Senior Manager of E-Commerce is responsible for overseeing day-today operations of the wusthof.com business for WÜSTHOF US and Canada spanning from acquisition through retention. This role will drive the wusthof.com business, manage website operations, and support Email/CRM programs to build qualified traffic and maximize revenue and LTV. A successful candidate will be willing and able to define and execute tactics while maintaining a strategic mindset with a long-term view on achieving company goals. This person should be able to successfully partner with company leadership as the brand grows its Direct-to-Consumer business across the globe. The right candidate is highly collaborative, results-oriented, and brings an entrepreneurial spirit to their work. The ideal Candidate will be someone who enjoys achieving growth targets while ensuring a great consumer experience. This role reports directly to the VP Global Digital.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of DTC e-commerce experience in a similar or equivalent role, including responsibility to achieve sales goals, digital marketing, CRM, and day-to-day ecommerce operations is required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands on experience, working in the Paid Digital Marketing space preferably Paid Search / SEM / Google, Paid Social / Facebook also a plus.
• Demonstrate both quantitative analytical skills as well as creative problem-solving.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage people cross-functionally including agency resources and internal colleagues.
• Action-oriented with strong follow-through and prioritization skills to enable management of multiple work-streams simultaneously.
• Must have a high level of comfort with change management and the ability to work with a rapidly changing business and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus required.
• Experience with GA4 is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Candidate must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally.
