Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Design and integrate MEP systems into projects
- Create detailed engineered construction documents
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and best practices
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in project management within the architecture industry for at least three (3) years
- Advanced knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
- Expertise in designing MEP systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
