Duties

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

- Provide legal advice to clients on a range of legal matters.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association.
- Experience in personal injury law, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal drafting and research techniques.
- Previous experience working in a law office setting is a plus.
