Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding personal injury, worker's compensation, and SSD matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client representation.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motion, briefs, and other court filings.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties on behalf of clients.
- Represents clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure effective case management.
- Maintain accurate and up to date case files and documentation.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress and address their concerns.
- Juris Doctor (J.D)? degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Prior experience in Personal Injury required.
