Significant opportunities for advancement for self-motivated individuals. Salary range for this position would be depending on experience with an expected 1750 hours requirement.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities in this position involve working on a daily basis with a litigation team to help solve complex legal problems for our clients. Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Persuasive legal writingLaw and motion proceedingsPreparing for, taking and defending depositionsLegal researchPropounding and responding to discovery
QualificationsAt least 2-5 years of litigation experience; bankruptcy experience is a plus, but is not necessaryExceptional research and writing skills, and a superior academic backgroundInterest in business litigation and willingness to learn other areas of law
Ability to effectively work with people, exercise sound judgment, and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Must be able to multi-task, creatively problem solve, and complete projects efficiently.
