Job Description
- Perform regular electrical/CNC inspections on CNC machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults/technical issues with the machines (remote and on-site.)
- Repair or replace defective parts as needed.
- Calibrate machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize machine performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Create detailed reports/records of maintenance and repairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Machine Tool Technician, CNC equipment maintenance or similar role.
- Strong electrical / CNC aptitude and problem-solving skills - Siemens 840dsl/pl/Sinumerik One experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
