- We are a leading civil engineering firm based in Maitland, FL, is seeking a Construction Administration Manager to oversee and manage the administrative aspects of our construction projects.
- This pivotal role is ideal for candidates with a background in engineering, civil field construction, or inspections.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the administrative functions of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures for construction projects.
- Manage construction documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
- Resolve any administrative issues that arise during the construction process.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction administration, engineering, civil field construction, or inspections.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Professional certification or licensure in a relevant field.
