Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Perform project risk analysis to identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project objectives.
- Review project budgets and cost estimates, considering materials, labor, equipment.
- Monitor project expenditures and track costs against budgets throughout the project.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution.
- Oversee quality control requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and owners.
- Support employee development and evaluation.
- Position will be in Fort Worth, Texas
- 10 years of progressive experience with a heavy highway or civil construction company
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to out-of-town project sites when necessary
- Three weeks PTO
- 8 paid company holidays
