Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior management to facilitate efficient and effective company-wide operation
- Create strategic plans for financial operations.
- Preparing of financial statements, both internal and external
- Managing budgeting and forecasting process
- Oversee the costing by products
- Oversee the margins by products
- Assess and improve accounting procedures
- Identify, develop, and monitor KPI's
- Manage regulatory reporting with local auditors
- Evaluating accounting and internal control systems
- Developing and monitoring business performance metrics
- Oversee Bookkeeping
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, statistics or economics
- CPA strongly preferred
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
