The ideal candidate is personable to clients; comfortable answering and conversing on the telephone with subtle skills to recommend firm services along with satisfying client inquiries.
Tasks Include

• preparing advanced business tax returns and complex personal tax returns.
• email and telephone correspondence with customer service excellence.
• working with team support staff to help them perform their tasks; giving instructions and answering their questions.
• Problem solving to reduce client and staff frustrations leading to positive outcomes.
• Composing letters to various tax agencies and other professional correspondences
• Full client QuickBooks Online processing

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant certification
• Experience in tax preparation of 1040, 1120, 1120S and 1065
• Bachelor's and master's degrees
