Estimate large and small jobs pertaining to drafting, laser, forming, welding, and machining
Keep informed on short and long range production plans in order to schedule efficiently
Ensure production goals are communicated to key personnel and deadlines are met
Ability to read and interpret drawings at an advanced level in CAD as well as print.
Solidworks experience is a bonus0
Assist engineering in customer feedback or obtaining needed information and documentation
Experience in the metal fabrication/job shop industry a must
Have strong verbal and written communication skills with competent computer skills, Microsoft Office, Google Drive.
ERP system experience a bonus
Be a strong team player and have the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Have excellent problem solving skills using common sense and logic
Demonstrate an ability to lead and get results in a positive manner
Be able to think ahead and see a bigger picture
