W3Global Inc is Hiring a Field Services Engineer (Hybrid/WFH Flexible) Near Cleveland, OH
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Cleveland, OH but some work from home is acceptable, for a Field Service Engineer. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining critical power and cooling systems at customer sites. You will work with a team of engineers and technicians to provide outstanding customer service and ensure maximum uptime for our customers.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in technical service in Electric/Electronic industry, as a Field Service Engineer or equivalent preferred
- Experience with critical power and cooling systems such as UPS, Generators, and Switchgear
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Must be willing to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
