We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (Hospitality)

Duties:-

• Provide leadership and direction to all staff members

• Oversee daily operations including food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring food safety standards are met

• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability

• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently

• Train and mentor staff on company policies and procedures

• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management

Requirements:-

• Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Knowledge of catering operations and coffee service is a plus

• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
