Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Formulate effective user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies based on company goals, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments, including product, marketing, and technology, to ensure the smooth implementation of growth initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor user behavior and market trends, identify growth opportunities, and optimize existing strategies.
  • Manage Promotional and Advertising Campaigns: Oversee online and offline marketing promotions, manage relationships with advertising agencies and partners, and optimize the ROI of advertising spend.
  • User Insights and Market Research: Gain deep understanding of target user needs through user research and market analysis, continuously optimizing product and growth strategies.
  • Rapid Experimentation and Iteration: Design and execute A/B tests, continuously optimize product features and user experience to drive growth.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the growth budget, ensuring optimal growth outcomes within limited resources.
Core Competencies And Experience Requirements
  • Experience in Data Analysis and Optimization: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and capable of driving growth decisions through data insights.
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Extensive experience in SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, with the ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Experience Working with Agencies: Experience in managing relationships with advertising agencies and other third parties, with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of collaborations.
  • User Growth Project Management Experience: Proven track record in leading or participating in growth projects, particularly within startups or fast-growing companies.
  • Cross-Team Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project success.
  • Creativity and Execution: Strong creative thinking and execution ability, capable of quickly moving from concept to execution to drive growth initiatives.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to manage and optimize the growth budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and high return on investment (ROI).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in growth management, especially in startups or tech companies.
  • Technical Tools: Proficient in using data analysis, project management, and marketing automation tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, HubSpot, etc.
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, product management, or operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the New York City market is a plus.
