Full Job DescriptionAbout Us:

Responsibilities
- Recruit for all positions across our 8 pizzerias and 2 new locations.
- Manage job listings online and offline, ensuring they reach the right candidates.
- Handle job postings, interviews, onboarding, and 30, 60, 90-day check-ins.
- Resolve conflicts and conduct performance reviews.
- Recognize and reward outstanding employee performance.
- Revise the employee handbook and proactively add policies.
- Manage salary, benefits, and leave requests.
- Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement long-term strategic HR initiatives.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Work independently while communicating and coordinating work efforts with other departments.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong conflict resolution and organizational management skills.
- Experience in benefits management and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work hard with a cheerful and can-do attitude.
- Desire to be part of a fast-growing company.
- Successful candidates will go through 3 interviews and a 90-day probation period.

Pay Frequency: Weekly
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person at Company's locations
