Full Job DescriptionOur client is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all stages of litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the drafting, reviewing, and filing of legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
- Manage and maintain case files, including organizing documents, evidence, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and provide support in case investigation.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Prepare for hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and participate in trials when necessary.
- Have 5 years' experience in Plaintiff's personal injury litigation in Arizona.
- Have experience with notice of claims, premise, negligence, road designs, trucking claims and complex litigation matters.
- Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, disclosures, and discovery requests while under close supervision.
- Be detailed and organized - Will be responsible for organizing records, documents, correspondence, and files into a manageable format.
- Follow the ethical requirements as set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and consistent schedule
- Enjoy helping clients while showing empathy and understanding.
