W3Global Inc is Hiring a New Business Account Manager Near Portsmouth, NH
Our office windows overlook the runway at Hampton Airfield, so we get to watch airplanes while we work! In this role, you will learn the Aviation Insurance business by servicing a small book of business and taking incoming new business calls and internet leads to grow your book of business and income. Base salary is provided plus new business commission on all sales! Incoming new business leads will be plentiful from our targeted online ad campaigns which are designed and managed by a professional online advertising firm.
Our agency is licensed in all US states and has the capacity to write international business.
ResponsibilitiesManage and service a small book of accounts through their annual renewal cycle
Answer incoming calls: this entails assisting new business clients or redirecting calls to the appropriate team member
Use quoting software to obtain quotes for current and potential clients
Uphold our reputation of providing excellent and timely customer service to all clients
Required Qualifications2 years of customer service experience
Positive attitude
Quick Learner
Strong Communication Skills
Desired QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor's degree
1 years of insurance experience
Experience with relevant technologies (AMS360, MS Office Products, Outlook)
P&C Insurance License or Aviation background would be a plus!
