Key Responsibilities:

Grower Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual PACI growers.

- Understand and address the specific needs and challenges faced by growers.

- Provide support and guidance to optimize their production processes.

Procurement:

- Oversee the procurement of chemicals, fertilizers, and other necessary agricultural inputs.

- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality.

- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of inputs to meet operational needs.

Operations Management:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless workflow.

- Coordinate with various employees and contractors to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the agriculture or commodities sector.

- Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, including chemicals and fertilizers.

- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
