Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial
- Propound and respond to extensive discovery
- Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies
- Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
- Calendaring
- Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
- Setting up Court Call and Appearance Attorneys
- Organize documents for filing
- Drafting correspondence
- Special projects as needed
- A minimum experience of 3-5 years in a paralegal role
- Investigative mind and strong research skills
- Working knowledge legal database software
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Speaking Spanish fluently is a huge plus
- Must have a very thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in the Pre-Litigation and Litigation Phases.
