Responsibilities
- Managing large volume discovery, overseeing document review and organization
- Preparing timelines, summaries, and other litigation aids
- Scheduling
- Responding to client inquiries
- Active involvement in preparing cases for trial
- Research and gathering information for cases
- Manage case files and maintain documentation
- Occasional travel for court hearings and client visits
- Discovery Database Proficiency (Relativity, DISCO etc.)
- Strong research skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and court personnel
- Experience in project management within a legal setting
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing
- Ability to discuss and summarize discovery material
