- Understanding of personal lines insurance or willingness to learn and obtain appropriate license
- Proficient with using MS Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Prepare quotes, binders, certificates and other commonly used documents for existing clients as requested
- Follow up with clients to answer any questions or concerns
- Service insurance policy renewal process for personal lines clients
- Build and manage relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Provide complete and accurate information when interacting with prospects and existing clients
- Understand potential for errors or omissions and seek guidance when necessary
- Consistently meet all personal KPI goals
- Adhere to all agency policies and procedures
- Keep up to date with required continued education
- All other duties as assigned
- Minimum of High School Diploma (Required)
- 1-3 years of personal lines insurance experience (Preferred)
- State of Massachusetts P&C License or Personal Lines License (Preferred)
- Applied Epic and Singlepoint software experience (Preferred)
