- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Provide expertise in areas such as construction estimating, project scheduling, and contract negotiation.
- Utilize tools like Bluebeam, CAD software, and Rhinoceros 3D for design and documentation.
- Lead efforts to renovate existing structures while maintaining architectural integrity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture - Proven experience as a Project Architect or similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
