- Reviewing fabrication drawings and order specifications for accuracy
- Entering orders into the manufacturing software system
- Working with vendor partners for hardware, art and other outsourced products
- Working directly with account manager and the client as needed throughout the life of the project
- Partnering with production setting the benchmark dates for the project
- Scheduling installers for projects as needed
- Quality control products before they leave the facility
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience in an office setting (preferred)
- Ability to thrive working autonomously and in a team setting
- Print/Art industry knowledge a plus
- Detail oriented to minimize clerical errors
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Self-starter with problem solving acumen
